It might have been easier to have a stab at it if the question had been something like "Which former politician ... "
Lord Ashcroft's collection (which amounts to 152 medals) was put on permanent display in the Imperial War Museum in 2010, in a purpose–built gallery that was paid for by Lord Ashcroft himself.
Of course, if I'd been to the Imperial War Museum (since 2010), I daresay I'd have known the answer to the question.
